Instructions: The wizard you're about to use builds and provides estimates and while the numbers generated are not an official quote we feel they very closely reflect the actual costs. All the questions begin at a neutral point where there would be no implementation cost. Once you select services and products and identify the resources you have available you must press the calculate button to generate the cost. Once you have an initial cost you will be able to see the line items in detail below with their individual costs. Hovering over the details field will provide an overview of the work that makes up the line item. From here you may exclude line items to further reduce the cost and continue to modify the wizard questions to create the most accurate estimate possible.
Tip: The most difficult part of using this tool is understanding what resources will be available to you during an implementation. We suggest trying the price with and without resources so you can get a feel for what the difference is. It's our intention to work with you so any work that can be performed by your institution would lessen the cost of the implementation. The other thing to bear in mind is that you will need far less resources to support the application after the implementation is complete. In many cases staff that is supporting your current process are realigned so there is little to no impact.
